Your Role
·Successfully manage and deliver best in class FM Services to all our customers in your area of control.
·Lead and Drive a Safety-First Culture.
·Lead and Drive a People First Culture.
·Lead and manage results, Operationally, Commercially and Quality Standard Culture.
· Lead and Drive an Ethical, Socially Responsible Culture.
·Responsible to lead and manage Service Delivery, Contract Operational Performance and Commercial.
·Performance of key client service contracts across multi-portfolio industry sector in the Mid-West of Ireland.
·You will need to have strong Leadership skills and able to manage people and teams and drive accountability. Focus and establishes strong customer relationships and develops innovative solutions. Communication and influencing skills are critical. Results driven to achieve goals and team goals.
·Plan, manage and coordinate the FM operations and Project activities and collaborate. You will support and in some instances lead new growth pursuits (tenders) working with our Bid teams writing team, operational teams and functional departments to design bid solutions.
·You will support the Senior Management Team to drive the success of the FM contracts in your region. This will be a hands-on role and will require the candidate to manage and lead teams.
·As part of the role you are expected to travel throughout the Mid-West region and on occasion to Dublin.
About You
* Maintain an absolute focus on Health and Safety at all times ensuring a safe working environment by compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Must have expert knowledge of the FM Industry with proven experience in an operational management role managing multi-sites and multi-disciplined teams.
* Extensive experience and working knowledge of Workplace Technical Asset Management, Managing and delivery of PPM, Writing and evaluating Asset Service Reports, Managing PPM and Reactive Budgets.
* Commercial Experience of managing budgets with the ability to demonstrate and implement initiatives to measure and improve account financial targets.
* Proven Customer Relationship Management skills - Strong Experience managing clients.
* Proven Commercial Management to ensure contracts are on budget and profitable.
* Must have excellent communication and influencing skills - This role will require interaction at all levels within the Company and with internal and external Customers.
* High degree of involvement in supporting business development activity including tender submissions and client presentations.
* Strong leadership skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team and achieve results.
* Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues arising within their area.
* Ensure business is fully compliant with Industry Standards, relevant employment legislation.
* ISO and Company procedures & policies.
* Maintain an absolute focus on Health and Safety at all times ensuring a safe working environment by compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Experience in leading and supporting FM tender bids in an FM Operations Capacity and designing FM Service Solutions
Requirements
* Educated to degree level
* FM Technical Systems, SOP procedures and PPM and Asset Management Experience essential.
* A clear and thorough communication style and flair both verbally and in written form.
* Commercial Experience and acumen to achieve budget and commercial targets and implement change to address and resolve poor performing contracts.
* Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
* Ability to manager and lead a team and to work collaboratively and drive performance.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills, commercially aware with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to handle challenges and work effectively under pressure.
* Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.
* Advanced MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Contract Management experience is essential.
* People Management and leading multi-disciplinary Teams.
