Job Title:
* Overview:
o The Senior Credit Control Manager will lead and manage the companys credit control function, ensuring effective credit risk management and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to monitor, approve, and review credit terms for new and existing accounts.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Negotiate customer terms and conditions, including deposits, securities, and insurance cover.
* Design and implement team KPIs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide regular performance reports and analytics to support business decisions.
* Conduct thorough cash flow reviews and implement strategies to reduce outstanding amounts.
* Act as a primary escalation point for all stakeholder concerns.
