This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in regulatory operations and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all assigned deliverablesCommunicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors (written and verbal)Review project scopes and workflows, providing recommendations for process improvementsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to support project executionPrepare project trackers, reports, and materials for client meetingsLead or participate in client update meetings, providing status on progress, milestones, and risksIdentify gaps in processes and support resolution effortsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients and business partnersApply a working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirementsPerform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, including large data setsMaintain a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detailQualifications0–3 years of experience in a regulatory, risk, compliance, financial services, or related fieldStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working collaboratively with both junior and senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
