Hospital clinical pharmacist position

Job Overview

A clinical pharmacist is sought to join our hospital's pharmacy team. As a key member of the department, you will provide high-quality patient-focused services that consistently meet the needs of service users.

* Work across all aspects of core pharmacy services in various clinical specialties including medicines management, advice and evidence-based practice for inpatients and outpatients.
* Assist with quality governance assurance and improvement projects.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:



* MPharm or equivalent degree

* GPhC registration

* Minimum 3 months post-registration experience in a hospital setting

* Clinical, communication and organisational skills
