About the Role
Managed Service Lead responsible for the delivery of the managed service and projects on site for our client 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Overall Accountability for all Cognizant activities on the Site.
* Working closely with EDL and our Sales team, to develop and grow our Site Services offering.
* Responsible for on-site project delivery – working with the site project manager to resource, budget and deliver all onsite projects on time.
* Responsible for on-site managed service team to resource and deliver support, on call, changes and innovations to our client.
* Management of all associates on site to support our engineers with development and career progression.
* Resourcing for Project and Manage Service requirements.
* Measure and Report team performance to Cognizant and client stakeholders.
* Managed Service budget and control of the Opex to Capex ratio spends.
* Leading monthly service review meeting.
* Agree and deliver KPI's developed for measurement of Cognizant performance in conjunction with the client.
* Ensure Safety or Quality actions items are resourced and closed in a timely manner.
* Support client Systems Lifecycle Strategy.
Qualifications
* Science or Engineering Degree qualification.
* Post Graduate Qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
