Breakdown Assistance Customer Service Agent
About the Role
Are you used to helping customers, staying calm under pressure, and solving problems quickly?
If you've worked in retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced customer-facing environment, this could be the perfect next step for you.
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance.
You'll listen, show empathy, and gather the right details to make sure their issue is handled quickly and smoothly.

Working closely with your team to deliver great customer experiences every time.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need call centre experience — just the right attitude and people skills.
If you've ever worked in retail, hospitality, front-of-house, or similar, you'll have what it takes.
