Auxilion are seeking a Content & Campaign Marketing Executive to join a small but established B2B technology marketing team. Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing integrated content and marketing campaigns that support commercial objectives and drive measurable pipeline and business impact.Experience in B2B technology or professional services companies is a plus but not a prerequisite.This is a collaborative, hands-on role suited to a marketer who is both strategically minded and execution-focused, with a strong interest in B2B technology and data-driven campaign performance.2-3 years' experience in a content, campaign or digital marketing role. Experience using marketing automation & lead management tools e.g. Marketo or HubSpot, and understanding of best practice in relation to SEO and GEO.Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, business or related discipline.We're looking for a Content & Campaign Marketing Executive with 2-3 years' experience to join our established but small marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative and commercially minded marketer who loves storytelling and knows how to turn insight into engaging and targeted campaigns.You'll play a key role in planning, creating and delivering content-led, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, using HubSpot and AI-powered tools to drive engagement, nurture accounts and support pipeline growth. You'll work closely with business development, sales and customer teams to ensure our messaging resonates with the right audiences at the right time.What will you be doing :Content & StorytellingCreate compelling, persona-focused content across multiple formats, including blogs, landing pages, email, case-studies, thought-leadership, social posts and campaign assets.Use AI tools responsibly to support content ideation, research, drafting and optimisation while maintaining high editorial standards.Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging storis that demonstrate value and impact.Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.Campaign & ABM DeliveryPlan, execute and optimise content-led and ABM campaigns aligned to commercial objectives.Support the development of targeted messaging and assets for key accounts and customer buying cycle.Closely work with sales, broader marketing team and external agencies to align campaigns to priority accounts and opportunities.HubSpot & Marketing OperationsBuild and manage campaigns, workflows, emails and landing pages in HubSpot.Use HubSpot to segment audiences, personalise content and track campaign performance.Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with colleagues across marketing, sales and delivery to ensure alignment and impact.Stay up to date with content, ABM and marketing automation best practices.Contribute ideas to improve processes, campaigns and customer engagement.What experience will you have:Essential2-3 years' experience in a content, campaign or digital marketing role.Hands-on experience using HubSpot (or equivalent) for campaigns, email, workflow and reporting.Experience delivering or supporting Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.DesirableExperience working closely with sales teams on pipeline-focused campaigns.Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and demand generation.Basic knowledge of SEO and content performance metrics.Experience working within a small marketing team.Our Company, Auxilion – About UsWork matters.
