As the CoE continues to scale, there will also be afuture opportunity to build and lead an architecture team, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to combine deep technical impact with long-term leadership progression.What You'll Be DoingDefine and drive enterprise-level architecture across applications, data, cloud, and infrastructure—ensuring alignment, scalability, and strategic coherence.Partner with multiple agile teams to ensure cloud-native engineering practices and Azure architectural principles are understood, adopted, and consistently applied.Lead the organisation's large-scale migration from legacy systems to Azure, shaping secure, high-performing, and resilient cloud solutions.What We're Looking For10+ years of experience as an Enterprise or Lead Architect within complex, fast-paced environments.Expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services, with experience designing and delivering modern cloud applications.Proven background leading cloud transformations, including on-prem to Azure migrations at an Enterprise level.Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and modern engineering practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Experience building or maturing architectural governance functions, frameworks, or Centres of Excellence.Ambition to contribute to the future growth of the Azure architecture team.Key Requirements5 days onsite in Dublin— you must already be based in Ireland .EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa is essential.Salary & Benefits€120,000 – €140,000 DOEBonus up to 40%, Shares, Healthcare, Pension and more.Send your CV to to be considered.
