Job Summary
The Zurich Life Assurance Business are looking for a Project Manager to join their Business Change team. This role involves planning and managing change projects to deliver agreed business capabilities and benefits within specified constraints.
This includes but is not limited to: project management of full spectrum delivery disciplines including scoping, business case development, stakeholder impact assessment, planning, requirements development, design, build, test (SIT and UAT), business readiness deployment post go live support service transition of change projects.
Selecting the most appropriate delivery approach based on the project environment identifies key milestones tracks them ensures timely completion clearly communicates status issues dependencies risks leadership stakeholders.
Proactively identifies program risks manages escalates where necessary works with stakeholders maintain progress schedule quality resources risk produce specified product services result ensure organizational readiness develops detailed task level plan baseline parameters standards determines quality policies objectives responsibilities meet validate project specifications manage comply Zurich methodologies policies.
CORE COMPETENCIES
1. 5+ years experience in project management large complex multi location programs or projects
2. proven track record implementing successfully delivering transformation digitisation enabled technology technology literate proven system integration customer vendor relationships matrixed environment life insurance Irish market preferable
