Job Role: Customer Support Representative


Description:

This role involves providing assistance and support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

* Troubleshoot technical issues related to broadband, Wi-Fi, and telephony services
* Provide advice on setting up residential and business telephone services


The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role and excellent communication skills. They should also possess a strong interest in solving technical problems related to telecommunications services.



Responsibilities:



* Solving customer inquiries via phone or online chat platforms
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
* Collaborating with other teams within the organization as needed

* A degree in computer science or similar field preferred but not required* Excellent analytical problem-solving skills* Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Teams Outlook Excel Word)*~distribution-oriented with excellent time management skills
