We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring project success.Provide estimates and cost planning, including final cost plan presentation.Serve as the key client contact, resolving delivery and commercial issues, and preparing reports on time, cost, and quality.Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels.Manage pre- and post-contract duties: cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reporting.Handle procurement activities: manage pre-qualification, bid analysis, and contractual documentation.Oversee post-contract cost variances and change control, referring major changes to line managers.Conduct cost checks and valuations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients.Maintain communication with clients and consultants throughout project stages.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Provide leadership to the cost management team when needed.Identify and report opportunities for new business and procedural improvements.Lead project evaluations on time, cost, and quality, applying governance controls.QualificationsProven experience in delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the project lifecycle.Experience in MEP construction, industrial, pharma, manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing sectors.Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex construction projects.Knowledge of value management, engineering, and lifecycle costing.Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.Additional InformationOur team shares our vision and mission, providing a supportive, flexible, and inclusive work environment.
