Advise on aircraft leasing, financing, acquisitions and disposals
Support major aviation finance and restructuring transactions
Assist with drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
Work closely with international clients, lenders and counterparties
Collaborate with corporate, finance and restructuring teams on multi‑disciplinary matters
Gain hands‑on experience across complex aviation mandates
The Person
Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with a strong academic background
Interest in aviation, asset finance or complex international transactions
Experience in corporate, banking & finance, or aviation (training seat or post‑qualification) is beneficial
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
Commercially aware, motivated and keen to develop specialist expertise
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
