Project Management Leader
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Leader to drive the execution of multiple residential projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including commercial, pharmaceutical and mission critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall accountability for the successful delivery of project objectives, focusing on Health and Safety, Design, Technical, Quality, Programme and Commercial targets.
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Project Management or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in senior roles managing large-scale projects, particularly refurbishment and fit-out projects
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects with minimal issues and exceeding client expectations
* Excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities
