Job Summary:

The role of HR Systems Support Specialist plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of HR Information System. The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting routine issues, managing user access, and supporting system rollouts.


Main Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot routine issues and manage user access to ensure seamless system performance
* Support system rollouts and contribute to training processes to guarantee effective use of HRIS


Key Requirements:

* Assistance with implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of PeopleXD
* Reporting to the designated lead

This is a key role within the HR department, requiring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. If you are a highly motivated individual with experience in HR systems support, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.


What You Will Bring:

* Degree in Computer Science or related field
