The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and supervise various financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This involves monitoring and reviewing finance and regulatory capital, as well as supervising third-party distribution partners. Additionally, the designated person will ensure that all recordkeeping is in place and that funds are appropriately accounted for with correct policies and procedures.
* Key responsibilities include launching new funds and share classes, providing support for the UCITS fund business, and supporting the global distribution of funds.
* Another key aspect of this role is coordinating client transition events and monitoring fund shareholder activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a strong accounting and finance background, with experience in managing key distribution relationships essential. Demonstrable cross-border regulatory knowledge with a global focus is also required.
* Designated persons or PCF function experience is desirable.
* Prior experience in managing outsourced service provider relationships is highly advantageous.
