Person-Centred Support Specialist
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Person-Centred Support Specialists.
About the Role:
* To deliver high-quality care to people who require support
* To collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in providing a seamless service
Skill Requirements:
* No formal qualifications required for Assistant Support Workers (all necessary training provided)
* Social Care Workers: minimum Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or Healthcare, plus registration with CORU
* Fully qualified drivers with a Full Driver's Licence or in the process of achieving one
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide person-centred care and support to service users
2. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
