Team Leader - Grocery Retail
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our grocery retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager in developing a cohesive team strategy to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Oversight of daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, health and safety protocols, and compliance with retail regulations
* Maintenance of high standards of customer service through prompt attention to queries and concerns while ensuring effective resolution techniques are applied consistently across all interactions
