Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the implementation of our Customer Portal. This role will be responsible for assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), providing training to end-users, and ensuring a smooth user experience on the portal. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project SME and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and user-friendly portal for our customers.
This role is a temporary role for 12 months.
Responsibilities
* Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the portal meets user needs and provides a seamless user experience.
* Identify and document any issues or bugs during testing and report them to the Project SME for resolution.
* Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the portal effectively.
* Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
* Conduct training sessions for end-users, both in-person and virtually.
* Collaborate with the Project SME to gather and document customer requirements and feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Support change management efforts by assisting in the communication of changes to customers and providing training and support during transitions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative,
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience with systems such as SAP and customer portal development is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
