Internationally we export some 240 different products to over 100 countries worldwide.The Group's Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.Applications are invited for the above position at our Bailieborough site.The Role:These key finance roles involves accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and reporting of management accounts for our site, with a direct reporting line to the Finance Lead. Their primary purpose is to support financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making across the entire site operation.Beyond standard reporting, these positions are crucial for ensuring compliance with group policies and delivering insightful analysis on margins, overheads, and cashflow. A significant aspect of the roles are to act as a finance partner to operational and commercial teams, working collaboratively to drive profitability and identify process improvements.Key responsibilities will include (not limited too):Preparation of monthly management accounts, including all aspects of gross margin and overhead analysis.Support the commercial team with reporting on outstanding orders versus inventory balances, volumes and values.Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's, financial and non-financial.Assist in the identification, calculation and interpretation of Profit Improvements Plans (PIPs).Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts monthly.Preparation of monthly financial forecasts and preparation of financial budgets and 5-year plans.Ensure adherence to the Group, No Po No Pay, policy to drive improved overhead reporting.Work closely with the production sites to build knowledge of production processes, yields, costs etc.Identify and implement new processes & procedures to improve SAP reporting (stock, gross margin, freight).Our team is seeking an individual that possesses:A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Previous experience of working as a management accountant.Good commercial acumen and comfortable in being a business partner to the commercial team.Excellent computer skills, particularly in the use of Excel, and also ERP systems for financial analysis and reporting (SAP & Qliksense).Good analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure with a high level of initiativeComfortable working alone, with minimal supervision***Experience of dairy/food manufacturing would be advantageous***.If you have the necessary skills and attributes to meet this exciting opportunity in a dynamic, high volume and fast-moving business, we would be delighted to hear from you.Application Process:To apply for this role, please send a copy of your CV by no later than Monday 26th January 2026.Lakeland Dairies Ltd is committed to having an inclusive workplace where every employee feels they belong.
