Position Overview
We have an opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team at Allcare Loftus in Bunclody.
This is a permanent, 40-hour (5-day) position with store opening hours 9a.m.
to 6p.m.
, Monday to Saturday, closed Sunday.
Responsibilities
Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
Prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
Control stock levels and order medicines as determined by store requirements.
Prepare blister packs and process and track claims.
Report to and support the pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
Qualifications
Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage.
IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies an advantage.
