Key Details:
Full time kitchen assistant.
6.15am to 2.15 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
€14.00 per hour
We are looking for a Kitchen assistant to help the chefs with the day to day activities in a busy production kitchen ,keep our kitchen organised and support our cooking staff.
* Assistant Chef with prepping of meals
* Loading ovens as per instruction from Chef's
* Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
* Keep food preparation areas and equipment clean and ready to use
* Keep the storeroom organised, ensuring rotation of stock.
* Assist Chefs with packaging finished product.
* Compliance with Safety Regulations: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring that all kitchen practices meet health standards. This may involve obtaining food handler certifications and participating in training sessions.
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
* The ability to stand for extended periods.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work

Previous experience working as a kitchen with food a definite advantage
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role is an required
Good level of written and spoken English
High levels of honesty, integrity, and personal hygiene
Team spirit, solution focus, and can do attitude
