We are seeking a seasoned Accommodation Manager to lead the housekeeping operations at one of our esteemed hotels in Co Limerick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure impeccable quality and efficiency.
2. Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control for all linen, cleaning supplies, guest rooms, and rest rooms.
3. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures in Housekeeping Department to maintain high standards.
4. Ensure accurate usage of supplies, minimizing waste within the department.
5. Train and induct staff in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Utilize computer systems for purchasing and inventory management.
7. Work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
Competitive Package
8. A salary of €38,000 - €40,000 based on experience.
