Project Coordinator
The role of Project Coordinator plays a vital part in the success of our projects. This position reports directly to the Contracts Managers and Directors, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
* Oversee project plans to guarantee timely completion and budget adherence.
* Coordinate subcontractors to optimize resources and efficiency.
* Manage site teams by communicating effectively and motivating staff to deliver high-quality work.
Requirements for the position include:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in management roles.
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple civil teams and projects.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with RC Frame projects is highly desirable.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
* A valid full driving license is also required.
