Data Centre Security Officer
Location: Clonee, Dublin 15.
Hourly rate: €***** plus night shift premium €***** per shift, Sunday allowance €3.44 per hour, enhanced public holiday pay.

Overview
The Security Officer provides security patrols and services to the site on a 24/7 basis to maintain order and protect personnel, property, premises and equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine security and receptionist duties related to access control, CCTV, door alarm and event monitoring.
Secure premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance, inspecting buildings, equipment, access points, permitting entry.
Report writing and site patrol duties.
Lost and found duties and other back security duties as required.
Immediately report all security and health and safety threats during patrols.
Have detailed knowledge of all summary Post Orders and Site Operating Procedures.
Patrol and respond to incidents around the site.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support access control badges and authorised access.
Key issuance and control.
Assist with daily MOPs and coordinate supervised escorts.
Ensure visitor, employee, contractor and vendor access compliance.
Perform access control duties at static or standing posts.
Provide uniformed security services per global standards.
Special skills and attributes
Relevant security background and licenses/certificates as per local legislation.
Excellent communication skills, courteous and professional.
Exceptional reception and customer service skills.
Fully flexible.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent observational skills and experience communicating via two-way radio.
Clean driving history with no "at fault" accidents in last five years.
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
PSA licence.
Available to work a fully flexible roster – days, nights and weekends.
