An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Engineer to join a long-established and highly respected civil engineering contractor. This position is based on a major infrastructure project in County Meath, currently at an early stage, offering long-term work and strong potential for career development. Key Responsibilities: Setting out and surveying works on-site using GPS and total station equipment. Monitoring and managing day-to-day site operations. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and health & safety standards. Coordinating with subcontractors, foremen, and site management. Keeping accurate site records and preparing reports as required. Supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of the project on time and within budget. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years experience in a Site Engineer role on civil or infrastructure projects. Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in setting out and surveying. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Full driving licence essential.
