We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager.
* Develop and implement sales strategies for an assigned geographical area.
* Analyze customer needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
* Manage customer relationships, expand the existing portfolio, and ensure achievement of objectives.
* Create and manage pricing strategies, including offers, quotes, campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
* Collect and analyze market information using available tools (CRM, internal platforms).
* Handle returns, claims, and conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to product development in coordination with dedicated teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
* Organize and coordinate customer training programs.
* Promote solutions and services to customers and prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Negotiation and client relationship management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of markets, products, and local cultural/business practices.
* Solid understanding of technical-commercial processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages relevant to the region are a plus).
