Flowtech is currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and experienced accounts/ administration person to join their growing team. Flowtech is a privately owned company that is able to assist with all HVAC requirements. Our company is constantly growing and now feels the time is right to recruit somebody new to join our office team.
The key responsibility of this roll will include but not be limited to the following:
* Maintain accurate records and reports on stock levels and operations.
* Forklift licence and competent operator.
* Oversee logistics, receiving, inspecting and warehouse layout
* Keeping full log of inventory and certs of all equipment and materials
* Liaise with onsite Logistical teams on company deliveries.
* Over seeing all shipments and quotations in relation to material and equipment from warehouse to site including international goods and compliance
* Daily contact with all team members in relation to stock and equipment needs and requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics process
* Tracking of all receipts and invoicing in relation to warehouse material and equipment including calibrations, material quantity's and equipment.
* Good understanding of national and international shipping process.
* Maintain and upkeep of material while back in storage.
Essential Experience & Criteria
* Must be a hard worker & enjoy working in a team environment.
* Good knowledge in custom clearance for overseas transportations
* Previous experience minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
* Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook as well as fast and accurate data entry.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to strict deadlines.
* This is warehouse based role Monday - Friday 8 hours per day.
