You’ll play a key leadership role — managing project teams, liaising with clients, and providing strategic input across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.Ensure compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.Oversee project planning, resourcing, and delivery in line with agreed timelines and budgets.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.Support and mentor project managers, site managers, and engineers to achieve company objectives.What You Need to HaveDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 7+ years’ experience in the construction industry, including 2+ years in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.Proven track record of successfully delivering residential and/or commercial building projects.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project controls.Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.What You’ll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary package €90,000 to €120,000 (negotiable depending on experience).Company vehicle or car allowance.Pension scheme and discretionary bonus.Excellent career progression opportunities within a growing organisation.Support for continuous professional development and training.A collaborative, supportive working environment that values work–life balance.
