The Opportunity
We are looking for
Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
to join our dynamic sales team in Dublin.
In this role, you'll be on the frontline of Bounce's growth, initiating meaningful conversations with senior decision makers, creating opportunities for our Account Executives, and helping shape how the world's biggest brands leverage consumer insights.

What You'll Do
Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Develop and implement creative strategies to generate new business opportunities
Partner with Account Executives to build a high-value pipeline
Drive account expansion across US, UK, and European markets
Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Product, and Leadership
Build strong relationships to understand client challenges and position Bounce as the solution
Master tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
Organise multi-channel prospecting cadences, balancing personalisation and scale
Track your activity and pipeline in HubSpot and consistently meet KPIs
Learn advanced consultative sales techniques like SPIN selling
Stay informed about market trends and the consumer insights landscape
What You'll Bring
Minimum
12 months experience
in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role
Resilient, disciplined, and driven, with a hunger to succeed
Growth mindset and curiosity to improve every day
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Empathy, professionalism, and confidence in client interactions
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building something meaningful
Comfort managing multiple accounts across industries
Willingness to experiment, learn from rejection, and iterate quickly
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
