Our client an expanding Financial Services brokerage is seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor with 2+ years' experience. The role involves managing mortgage applications end-to-end, delivering a high standard of client service, and contributing to the growth of the brand. Role Responsibilities
* Achieve annual mortgage targets.
* Manage applications from initial contact to funds issue.
* Work within SLAs and ensure full compliance.
* Build introducer relationships and deliver presentations/seminars.
* Support prospecting at new housing developments.
Skills & Requirements
* Third-level qualification or relevant financial services experience.
* Proven target achievement and experience with complex cases.
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of mortgage credit policy and market products.
* QFA qualification and MCC compliant.
