This hybrid role combines field-based sales (60–70%) with office-based sales and marketing support.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing customer relationships, securing new business, and contributing to the wider commercial strategy.Sales & Marketing Executive Duties:
• Maintain and grow key account relationships to deliver sustained revenue growth
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through structured lead generation
• Deliver tailored product solutions with a consultative, value-driven approach
• Conduct competitive analysis to develop strategic positioning and win business
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives including online and offline materials
• Prepare accurate customer quotations and process orders within required timeframes
• Provide responsive and professional customer support throughout the sales cycle
• Track sales performance and produce reports to support business development
• Represent Syntech at trade shows, events and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with month-end routines and administrative reportingSales & Marketing Executive Experience:Qualifications & Experience
• Third-level qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years' proven success in a similar B2 B sales roleTechnical Competencies
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction sector practices
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travelCore Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Confident presenting to a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
