About Your New Job Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for indirect roles and support direct hiring, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed and set up for success. Performance & Manager Support: Drive performance management, offering practical support to line managers and supervisors to ensure constructive and development-focused feedback. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and respectfully. Benefits & Vendor Coordination: Manage employee benefit programs in collaboration with external partners, ensuring offerings are competitive and well-communicated. Engagement & Culture: Implement engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural workshops to foster a positive, inclusive environment. HR Metrics & Reporting: Deliver actionable HR data covering engagement, absenteeism, turnover, and more to support informed decision-making. Strategic Advisory & Benchmarking: Offer insights on employee relations and organisational culture, leading benchmarking efforts to align with best practices. What Skills You Need Proven HR Experience (35 Years Minimum): Relevant HR experience within a manufacturing or operational environment, spanning the full HR lifecycle. Must have experience in a fast-paced role. Educational Background: A third-level degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related discipline is essential. A CIPD qualification is highly desirable. Employment Law Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, workplace investigations, and compliance with national regulations. HR Systems & Metrics: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, PeopleSoft) and strong command of Microsoft Office. Ability to generate and interpret HR metrics. Interpersonal & Advisory Skills: Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees.
