Job Description
Assist patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and feeding.
Support patients with mobility and transfers.
Monitor and report changes in a patient's physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
Assist with basic clinical tasks and supervision.
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for patients.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Follow individual care plans and organisational policies.
Adhere to health‑safety, infection‑control and safeguarding procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Essential
* Minimum experience: 2 years
* Minimum qualification: Level 5 (incl. Leaving Certificate, Leaving Certificate Applied, Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)
Desirable
* Manual, personal/social care skills

* Full driving licence (Category B)
* English C2‑Master (fluent)
