This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience who enjoys structure, collaboration, and being the go-to person for keeping projects and documentation running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Document Control & Records Management Take ownership of document control processes, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, and easy to access Manage document creation, review, approvals, version control, and distribution Maintain clear and well-organised digital filing systems using platforms such as SharePoint or DocuSign Carry out regular checks and audits to ensure best practices and continuous improvement Project & Team Support Support project managers with scheduling meetings, tracking actions, and updating project logs Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on key actions Maintain project registers and provide status updates to support internal reporting Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project documentation is complete and accessible Administration & Office Support Provide administrative support to the COO office and wider project teams Assist with reports, presentations, and project-related documentation Support quality and compliance requirements by maintaining high documentation standards Occasional Front-of-House Support Welcome visitors and ensure a professional front-of-house experience Set up meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments or catering when required Raise purchase orders and process invoices in line with company procedures What We're Looking For Previous experience in document control, administration, or records management (essential) Confidence using digital document management systems such as SharePoint or similar (essential) Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Experience supporting projects or coordinating multiple tasks A proactive communicator who enjoys working with different teams Ability to manage workload effectively in a part-time capacity Nice to Have Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or professional services Familiarity with ISO standards, GDPR, or quality management systems Strong MS Office skills Exposure to project management frameworks or PMO environments Why Apply?
