Compliance Expert for Pharmaceutical Operations
Seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization in Carlow.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support for SCM/Warehouse/Weigh and Dispense operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with Warehouse & Weigh and Dispense Area Manager(s) to drive compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
* Support the updating of Standard Operating Procedures, Shipping & Receipt Documents, protocols, and associated reports, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
* Review eLogs, maintain documentation areas, and act as the compliance point of contact for SCM/Warehouse/Weigh and Dispense topics, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Assist in the review of operational procedures, training materials, and procedures for various systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Contribute to department productivity and quality goals, participate in internal and external audits and inspections, and drive process improvements, ensuring a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
* Liaise with site QA Document Control group and provide support with audit/inspection requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years' experience in Pharma and Compliance, with a proven track record of driving compliance and excellence in operations.
* 3-5 years' experience in a quality role (QC/QA), ideally in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with expertise in Warehousing Documentation practices and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
