Join Our Team as a NAV Oversight and Operations Analyst
Are you passionate about asset management, fund oversight, and operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic NAV Oversight and Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing team.
What You'll Do:
1. Oversee NAV Processes: Manage and refine internal NAV oversight, monitoring delegate fund administrators daily, weekly, and monthly.
2. Monitor Performance: Ensure fund performance aligns with expectations and address discrepancies.
3. Exception Reporting: Develop and maintain reports around cash breaks, pricing, trade settlements, and accruals.
4. Reconciliations: Collaborate with custodians, administrators, and service providers to resolve discrepancies.
5. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for investment managers, custodians, and fund administrators on operational matters.
6. Expense Oversight: Validate fund expense fees, review budgets, and ensure timely payments.
7. Tax Compliance: Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings and rebates.
8. Service Oversight: Support our delegate/outsourced service oversight program, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business.
* Experience: 3-5 years in Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Middle Office, or Custody roles.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of financial products and markets, experience with derivatives and OTC swaps is a plus, proficiency in Excel, exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Mindset: Self-starter, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
