Our client, a well- established social club based in Douglas, Cork are looking for a new Bar Manager to take the lead of the day-to-day management of their club. It is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). Responsibilities: Responsible for the smooth running of the premises, maintaining service standards and driving business growth Responsible for roster creation for approximately 6 staff members Strong knowledge of classic cocktail menu, up to date with latest market trends in the trade and familiar with food service related to onsite events Full knowledge of Health & Safety relating to the Licenced Trade Stock ordering, rotation Cash reconciliations etc. Event Management Qualifications and skills: 3-5 year's experience in Bar Management Enthusiastic & energetic person with a friendly, outgoing personality Fluent in English Relationship building with clients and suppliers Skills: Bar Manager Bar Supervisor Manager Supervisor Hospitality Social Club
