Job DetailsThis is a fixed-term, 23-month contract position. The core focus of the role involves coordination, continuous improvement, and management of specific onsite EHS programs, with close collaboration with Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Engineers. You will also support the overall EHS management system and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 standards.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs such as:Hearing conservationWorking at heightsPersonal protective equipment (PPE)Conduct risk assessments to identify workplace hazards and recommend mitigation actions.Support surveys and assessments associated with the Equipment Sign-Off (ESO) program.Act as a subject matter resource for assigned EHS programs.Assist in accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal EHS standards.Support the implementation and maintenance of EHS management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.Analyze EHS data, identify trends, and help define key focus areas for continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Engineering.Responsible for the development, coordination, continuous improvement and management of site environmental programmes, in particular wastewater, and potentially support other programmes such as air emissions, noise, refrigerants, groundwater and management systems as required.
