What you will do:
* Lead the development and execution of Stryker’s global workplace design strategy to foster a flexible, inclusive, and agile work culture
* Oversee design projects from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations, ensuring alignment with the Stryker Workplace Design Guidelines
* Direct internal and external design teams to deliver innovative, purpose-driven workspaces that align with brand, values, and business goals
* Use data from surveys, workplace studies, and analytics to guide design decisions and continuously optimize space utilization.
* Coordinate with Stryker’s Construction PMO team on project work to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, EHS, Security, and other corporate functions to ensure cohesive and inclusive project planning
* Work with Stryker Real Estate & Facilities team to monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and track the success of workplace initiatives
* Support management efforts, communicating the purpose and benefits of workplace transitions to employees
What you need:
Required:
* Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field
* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in workplace design, corporate real estate, or facilities management
* Proven success designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environments
* Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex, global projects
* Experience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design decisions
* Knowledge of corporate construction management practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred:
* Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, WELL, NCIDQ)
* Experience leading change management initiatives related to workspace transformation
