We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team in a busy 4* hotel located in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting and implementing effective revenue strategies to drive business growth through proactive selling and conversion techniques.
* Oversight of the revenue team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and pricing strategies;
* Developing strong working relationships with senior management to align on business objectives;
* Leveraging industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A proven track record in driving revenue growth within a hospitality environment;
* Demonstrable experience in developing pricing strategies that maximize occupancy rates;
* Candidates who hold or are working towards certifications such as HMCP (Hospitality Management Certified Professional) would be at an advantage but is not required-
