Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient responses to treatment. The nurse will also conduct comprehensive assessments, record observations accurately, and maintain confidentiality in all patient documentation.
Key Qualifications:
* Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Registered Childrens Nurse licence in good standing
* Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Registered General Nurse licence in good standing
* Acute hospital experience is essential
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
