Job Title:
Client Services Coordinator
The role of Client Services Coordinator involves coordinating projects and supporting the Client Services Team Lead.
This is a fast-paced job that requires someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results.
Duties of the Role:
* Place staff with clients across the healthcare temporary staffing division and record bookings on the system
* Fulfill vacancies in a timely manner and coordinate with staff and clients effectively
* Keep in regular contact with clients to supply feedback on their requirements and check for any further needs
* Assist with employee queries to resolve them quickly
* E nsure all staff are fully compliant with company standards prior to placement with a client
* E nsure that all staff follow timesheet policy and procedural guidelines for payroll efficiency
* Deal with payroll enquiries directly from staff, liaise with payroll, and deliver query outcome to staff
* Liaise with Compliance and Training Departments to ensure ongoing mandatory training requirements are fulfilled and compliance documentation are up to date
* Work closely with the Business Development Manager and provide feedback to assist with staff and client planning
* E nsure internal systems are used to full capacity and all contact with clients and temps are logged adequately
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
* Able to listen, guide, and coordinate staff efficiently
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively and work to targets
* Highly motivated and pride in what one does is key to success in this role
* Cultivate relationships with existing clients and build new client relationships
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office package
* Commercial awareness
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
