We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreperson. If you have experience in managing and coordinating finishing works, leading teams to deliver top-quality projects, this could be the ideal role for you.
The Role
You will join an established contractor working on commercial projects across the West of Ireland. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and coordinating all finishing works to ensure high-quality delivery.
2. Supervising trades and subcontractors to guarantee timely completion.
3. Maintaining strict quality control measures throughout each project.
A successful Finishing Foreperson should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities,& outstanding organisational capabilities. They must also have trade experience or equivalent background knowledge preferably with carpentry as it is often considered essential when taking up such roles within building sites.
