Job Description: Artwork Planning Co-Ordinator
Partnering with Pfizer, Cpl is seeking an Artwork Planning Co-Ordinator for an 11-month fixed-term contract at our Newbridge site. This is an onsite role.
Position Overview
The role involves Packaging Component Change Management, ensuring the accurate creation, maintenance, and approval of artworks and related documentation in compliance with regulatory timelines. The coordinator will liaise with the plant, markets, and external artwork centers to ensure timely supply of compliant packaged products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere to site policies, cGMP, and safety regulations.
2. Follow 'Right First Time' principles.
3. Resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
4. Manage the validated artworks system, including transactions and internal requests for amendments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
5. Review and approve artwork components technically.
6. Create new components and generate related documentation in SAP.
7. Manage Bills of Materials and production versions in SAP, including effectivity dates.
8. Serve as the primary site contact with Pfizer market contacts.
9. Generate New Product Introduction Questionnaires and oversee end-to-end artwork creation and launch activities.
10. Monitor tasks to meet department metrics.
11. Report to the department manager.
Additional Responsibilities
Dependent on role assignment, responsibilities may include:
* Creating artwork briefs and conducting machine compatibility reviews.
* Liaising with artwork contractors, Pfizer Country Offices, and global packaging teams.
* Managing documentation and change control processes.
* Maintaining specifications and GMP documents.
* System maintenance in SAP, including data loading and management.
* Coordinating with planning teams to align production and market demands.
* Technical liaison with various departments and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Third-level qualification in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business, or Science preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
* At least 2 years in Manufacturing Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
* Experience in the Pharma industry and artwork development is advantageous.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Pharma.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
