Expression of Interest: Internal Transfer Opportunity Regional Manager (Self-Directed Support Services & New Horizon Services) Clerical Grade VII Full Time, Permanent We are seeking to recruit a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to lead and develop self-directed supports for people with intellectual disabilities who wish to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
As the Regional Manager, you will take on the role of Person Participating in Management (or Person in Charge) under HIQA regulations, and will be responsible for the quality and compliance of all services under your responsibility in line with national standards and legislation.

Have experience managing complex cases and risk, liaising with Safeguarding and Protection Teams (SPT) and other external stakeholders.
Understanding of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) Have experience of enabling and empowering individuals to live independent and meaningful lives, connected and participating in their own communities.
Are committed to professional growth and development including pursuing a relevant management qualification.
Eligibility Requirements Include: Those who are currently employed with Horizons at a Grade VII level.
A minimum of Level 8 qualification on the QQI Framework in Health or Social Care.
Have 5 years management experience including financial and staff management, in a person focused organisation.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate working with a wide range of individuals and groups.
Have experience in managing and delivering Health and Social Care Services that are subject to HIQA Regulation.
Experience managing complex cases and supporting people with Intellectual Disability and Mental Health needs.
Experience with Supported people through Self-Directed Living (SSDL) models and Social Role Valorisation (SRV) Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft word, teams and Excel.
Reporting The successful applicants will report to the Chief Operations Officer.
Salary Clerical Grade VII: €60,013, €61,479, €63,192, €64,911, €66,636, €68,176, €69,745, €71,272, €72,788, €75,397, €78,015 LSIs as per the HSE Consolidated pay scales.
