* Oversee financial planning, management and reporting for the site.
* Lead a small team, act as deputy to the Finance Director and champion operational excellence initiatives.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting supported by a professional qualification such as CA, CIMA or ACCA. A minimum of five years' experience within a medium to large-scale manufacturing environment is required. Strong expertise in financial operations and strategic planning is essential.
