About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and operation of your store. You will motivate and drive your team to consistently achieve targets, fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.

You will lead by example, driving a culture of continuous improvement for yourself and your team. Our managers are not just store administrators; they are project enthusiasts who collaborate with various teams across the business to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Your primary objective is to provide exceptional customer experiences, coaching your team to WOW every guest that walks into our stores. By pioneering a connected life, you will guide your team in helping our guests discover lifestyle solutions that enhance their lives.

You will also be responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales, stock, audits, security, and delivering operational targets to ensure the store remains fit to trade. Additionally, you will be accountable for all Retail Loss Prevention policies and processes during store audits.


Key Responsibilities

* Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a patient and professional manner.
* Promoting customer self-service through the My3 app and embodying a 'show' rather than 'do' attitude.
* Engaging with customers to tell stories about our product range, not just technical specifications.
* Driving sales by motivating your team to exceed targets through coaching and support.
* Maintaining expert-level knowledge of all products in the range, attending trainings, and staying up-to-date with product research and FAQs.
* Cross-selling and upselling smaller products and services while maintaining a motivated and positive attitude.
* Supporting your team and manager in projects that enhance our people and customer experience.
* Staying informed about industry trends and market activity to demonstrate the value of choosing Three to customers.
* Continuously seeking improvements in processes or services and having the confidence to recommend changes.
* Coaching and supporting your team in an engaging way to ensure store standards are met.
* Demonstrating responsibility for RLP policies and processes during store audits.


Requirements

* Strong experience working in retail and managing store teams.
* Proven success in achieving targets and goals.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience managing a team in a customer-facing/service position.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pushing yourself and your team to excel.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our guests.
* Managed inventory and controlled budgets, demonstrating sound financial management.
* Comfortable managing a team in a changing environment, with a natural ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
