Job Title: EHS Lead Specialist
Job Description:
A key role in ensuring a safe working environment
This position plays a critical part in the Project Team, providing expert guidance and support on all matters related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Welfare across the organization. The EHS Lead will become a Subject Matter Expert, ensuring the company's safety standards are effectively implemented across the business.
The successful candidate will oversee the health, safety, and environmental management system, ensuring full compliance with legislation, risk assessments, and safe working practices. This includes working effectively with the Construction Team to implement the Integrated Management System and ensuring the site is adequately set up with a Site-Specific Construction EHS Plan.

Requirements:
A strong background in Environmental Health and Safety
The ideal candidate will have a Relevant Health and Safety Diploma/Degree and a minimum of two years' experience in an Environmental Health and Safety role. Experience in construction would be an advantage. They must be a good team player who is flexible and open to change, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
