We are seeking a Sales and Growth Specialist to drive business expansion in the cabin hire sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, events, and industrial sectors.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using a range of cabin hire products and services.
* Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and quotations in a professional and timely manner.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Research and identify upcoming construction projects using industry platforms, generating high-quality, profitable leads to feed into the sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities or risks.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the cabin hire, modular buildings, or construction-related industries.
* A strong understanding of the hire/rental model and experience selling to B2B clients.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Commercially savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
* A full driving license.
