Job Description
Due to the continued success and expansion of our Real Estate business in Ireland, we are seeking an experienced Director with a strong background in delivering projects (hotels, sports & leisure) in Dublin. You will have a proven track record leading major developments ideally with hands‑on experience in the Dublin market.
As Director/ Associate Director, you will be fee‑earning on key projects and programmes, with significant involvement from the earliest stages. You will provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure high‑quality delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The role also requires active participation in business development, supporting the growth of our real estate offering in Dublin by identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our project portfolio.
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience managing large‑scale real estate projects (hotels, sports & leisure)
Strong understanding of local construction market
Established network within the Irish real estate and construction sector
Proven track record leading major projects and/or programmes of work
Experience with a variety of procurement routes and contract forms
Demonstrated leadership capability, including team management and client engagement
Degree‑qualified in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
Professional memberships desirable (e.g., RICS, CIOB, PMI, APM)
